Finished jewelry: return within 30 days in original condition and packaging
DIY kits: return unopened within 14 days
Custom-made items: not returnable unless damaged

Dispatch & delivery

Finished pieces and kits are dispatched 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days worldwide with tracking.

During holidays (Chinese New Year, Golden Week) dispatch may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by country. Orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free.

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We mark orders with accurate values for customs compliance.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free. Email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
